Classes & subjects

Structure each class's programme: subjects, coefficients, teachers.

The configuration wizard already creates your subsystem's classes and a common set of subjects. This page explains how to adjust them.

1. Create or adjust a class​

  1. Open Classes. Menu Classes. Wizard-created classes appear here (e.g. Grade 9, SHS 1).
  2. Add a division if needed. Add class to split a level (e.g. Grade 9 A and Grade 9 B).

2. Subjects & teachers​

  1. Open the class, Subjects tab. You'll see the linked subjects and their coefficients.
  2. Add a subject. Add: choose the subject, its coefficient and its teacher.
  3. Repeat for each subject. Display order follows the list.
Tip

Subjects added here determine the report-card columns and the subjects available for grade entry. A subject missing here appears neither on the report card nor in the grade grid.
