Tuition fees, instalment plans, collections and tracking.

1. Define fees & schedules

1. Open Finance. Menu Finance → Fees & items.
2. Create items. Enrolment, tuition, canteen, transport… with their amounts.
3. Build the schedule. Split the total into dated instalments, by class or by student.

2. Record a payment

1. Open the student's financial record. From the student, or Record a payment.
2. Enter the payment. Amount, date, method (cash, mobile money, bank deposit, transfer, cheque). A receipt is recorded.

3. Track

Dashboards show balances, arrears and upcoming instalments; you follow up with the families concerned.

Online payment via Mobile Money and SMS reminders are on the way: each school will collect into its own account, with a top-up SMS balance.
