I just created my school but I can't sign in yet.

That's normal: each new school is manually activated before first access, for security. You're notified as soon as it's activated.

Which link do parents and students use?

The same as everyone, with the school code + username + password. The app routes them to the family portal.

A teacher can't see their classes.

Check their assignments (see Staff & assignments).

A student doesn't appear in the grade grid.

They're probably enrolled but not assigned to the class. Open the class → Students tab → Assign.

Can an administrator enter grades?

Yes, even without a dedicated staff record. The entry is still recorded in the audit log.

The student photo doesn't show on the report card.

The photo is optional: enable it in Report card settings.

How do I re-import students without creating duplicates?

Keep the id number column: it is the update key.

Can I change the interface language?

Yes — French, English or Spanish, per user, at any time.
